"Love the eco effort, but there’s room to improve"
I really like that Grounds for Change seems genuinely committed to fair trade and organic coffee 🌿☕ It feels like they’re trying to do the right thing, which I appreciate. That said, the packaging and shipping side still seems like it could be a little more sustainable. Overall, good effort and I’d still support them, just not quite perfect on the eco front 🙂

"So many coffee choices, but kind of disappointing"
There were definitely lots of coffee options to pick from, which I was excited about at first. But i ended up feeling a little disappointed because none of them really stood out to me. It was fine, just not as great as I hoped

"Coffee tasted a little stale"
I ordered a bag and it arrived without any issues , but when I opened it , the beans just didn’t smell that fresh . The coffee brewed kind of flat too . Maybe I just ended up with an older batch , but for the price , I was expecting a bit better .

"Really nice customer service"
Had a small issue with my order and emailed Grounds for Change. didn’t think I’d hear back that fast, but they got back to me quickly and were really nice.
They fixed it without making it complicated. Just felt like an actual person helping me out, which I appreciated. 5 stars

"Fair trade details seemed a little light"
I ordered mainly because they really highlight the fair trade angle, so I figured the sourcing info would be easy to find right away. Maybe I jumped to that assumption too fast, but I couldn’t really tell where my specific bag was from, and the details felt kind of vague.
The coffee itself was fine, nothing terrible, just not something that stood out. For the price, I expected clearer transparency, so I’d probably skip ordering again unless they make the sourcing info easier to check.

"So, my order did show up..."
So, my order did show up on time, which was great, but one of the bags had the wrong grind. It wasn’t, like, a huge issue or anything, but it was a little annoying since I’m sure I double checked everything before ordering. The coffee still tasted good though, so overall it was mostly fine.

The coffee tasted kind of bitter to me, and I didn’t really enjoy this blend. The packaging and everything else was fine, but flavor-wise, I probably wouldn’t order this one again.

"Not trying to complain, but the roast varies a lot"
I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but the roast seems to change quite a bit from bag to bag. Some bags have tasted really great, while others came across way too dark for my taste. I just wish it was a little more consistent.

"Not sure if I got an old bag"
I really wanted to enjoy these beans, but I’m a little confused by how dull they tasted. When I opened the bag there was barely any aroma, which seemed odd, and every cup I made came out kind of flat. I tried changing the grind a few times thinking maybe it was something I was doing, but it didn’t really make a difference. For the price, I was expecting them to taste fresher. Probably won’t order these again...

"Wait, that got here already?"
I ordered some coffee and thought I’d be waiting a bit, but then it showed up way faster than I expected. I was like, oh okay, nice surprise. Everything was packed well too, so no issues there. Easy experience overall, and yeah, I’d definitely order again

"Packed really well, right?"
My coffee arrived in great shape, that already says a lot, doesn’t it? The bag was sealed up tight, the box wasn’t dented, and nothing looked tossed around. Maybe I’m picky, but I really notice when something is packed with care. Super simple, but it made opening it easy and mess-free.

"Easy coffee subscription that just works"
I’ve been using Grounds for Change for a few months now, it’s one of those things I don’t have to think about, which I love. My brain basically does the shortcut of “coffee arrives, coffee tastes good, keep doing this.” It shows up on time, it’s fresh, and I’m not stuck realizing I’m out of coffee at the worst possible moment. I did change my delivery once and it was super simple. So far, I’m happy with it and don’t really have anything to complain about.

"Organic details were a bit hard to pin down"
I wanted to double-check the organic certification info, but it wasn’t as easy to verify as I expected. I guess it’s fine overall, but I do wish they made that part clearer.

"Good coffee, but the details could be clearer"
The coffee tastes really good, especially for the price, so I’m happy with that part. My only annoyance is that the communication/details weren’t very clear, which made the whole thing a bit more frustrating than it needed to be. Still, for what you pay, the coffee itself is solid...
